ABSTRACT
Sudden deafness is a clinical entity in which spontaneous recovery may occur. For that reason, both the real prevalence of the disease and the results of different types of therapeutical measures are still somehow controversial. The clinical and audiological findings and the treatment results of 57 cases of sudden deafness who admitted to AÃœTF ENT Dep. and who were treated with Urographin and Rheomacrodex are reported with the review of the literature.

ÖZET
Ani işitme kaybı [AİK] spontan olarak da düzelme gösterebilen bir klinik antitedir. Bu sebeple, gerek populasyondaki gerçek sıklığı, gerekse de değişik tedavi yöntemleri ile elde edilen sonuçlar tartışmaya açık bir konu olarak devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, AÜTF KBB Anabilim Dalı\'na AİK ile başvuran 57 olgunun klinik ve odyolojik özellikleri incelenmiş ve Urografin-Rheomakrodeks tedavisi ile elde edilen sonuçlar bildirilmiştir.
