ABSTRACT
Lymphoreticular neoplasia of temporal bone is quite rare. Cases reported in the literature mostly consist of secondary involvement. In this report, a patient presenting with subperiosteal abscess due to subacute otitis media unresponsive to medical treatment whose temporal muscle and mastoid biopsies were consistent with Non Hodgkin’s lymphoma is presented.

ÖZET
Temporal kemiğin lenforetiküler neoplazileri oldukça nadirdir. Literatürde bildirilen olguların büyük çoğunluğu sekonder tutulum seklindedir. Burada tıbbi tedaviye cevap vermemis subakut otitis medianın subperiosteal abse komplikasyonu ön tanısıyla opere edilen fakat temporal adele ve mastoid kaviteden alınan doku örneklerinde histopatolojik olarak nonhodgin lenfoma tanısı alan olgu sunuldu.
