THE USE OF GIA STAPLER IN DISSECTION OF POSTERIOR NECK TRIANGLE

ABSTRACT
Posterior neck triagnle is perhaps one of the most problemateous areas during standard radical neck dissection. Operative bleeding may cause blood loos whit necessitates unnecessary blood transfusions and prolongation of total operation time. GIA stapler was used to cut the fatty - Fibrous tissue in this\'bloody triangle\' and the results were evaluated.

ÖZET
Boyun diseksiyonu esnasında kanama problemi nedeniyle işlemin süresinin uzamasına ve hastanın kan kaybının fazla olmasına yol açan arka üçgendeki gözeli-yağlı dokuların trapez adale ön kenarı hizasından itibaren GIA stapler ile kesilmesi denenmiş ve işlemin ameliyatın süresi ve kan kaybı üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir.
