ABSTRACT
Patients with headache constitute the great mass in ENT practice. IN this study, causes of headache were elucidated by anterior rinoscopy, endoscopy, Waters graphy and computerized tomography in 38 patients with headache as primary complaint. Septal deviation, concha bullosa and sinus pathology were revealed in 19,14,13 cases, respectively Apart from patients with sinus pathology, mucosal contact was considered as an unique cause in 25 out of 38 cases. Mucosal contact must always be considered in a chronic-recurrent headache patient, nasal ostiomeatal complex pathology-variation must be investigated.

ÖZET
Baş ağrısı ile gelen hastalar KBB pratiğinde önemli yer tutarlar. Bu çalışmada esas şikayet olarak başağrısı bildiren 38 hastada anterior rinoskopi, endoskopi, Waters grafısi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi ile nedenler ortaya kondu. Ondokuz vakada septum deviasyonu, 14 vakada konka bulloza, 13 vakada sinüs patolojisi tespit edildi. Sinüs patolojisi olan hastalar dışındaki 25 olguda yegane ağrı nedeni olarak mukozal kontakt düşünüldü. Kronik tekrarlayan başağnsı ile gelen hastada mukozal kontakt mutlaka düşünülmeli, nazal ve ostiomeatal kompleks patolojisi - varyasyonu mutlaka araştırılmalıdır.
