ABSTRACT
Endoscopic sinus surgery is a surgical technique used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the paranasal sinuses. endoscopic sinus surgery indications are derived from a combined assessment of the patient\'s history, diagnostic endoscopy and coronal paranasal sinüs compuled tomography. Here we presented 3 specific cases and evaluated the indication range of endoscopic sinus surgery for these şort of cases.

ÖZET
Endoskopik sinüs cerrahisi paranazal sinüslerin enflamatuar hastalıklarının tedavisinde uygulanan cerrahi bir tekniktir, endoskopik cerrahi endikasyonu hasta hikayesi, endoskopik muayene ve paranazal sinüslerin koronal planda bilgisayarlı tomografisi birlikte değerlendirilerek konulmalıdır. Burada üç olgu nedeniyle sorunlu olgularda endoskopik sinüs cerrahisinin endikasyonları tartışılacaktır.
