ABSTRACT
The head and neck region is not the frequent site for involvement of Castleman’s disease, typically. It may be presented with a considerable diagnostic difficulty due to its unusual localization and ability to mimic other neoplasms. We presented the ultrasound, CT and MRI findings of an unusual case of Castleman’s disease involving parotid gland.

ÖZET
Castleman hastalığı; baş boyun bölgesinde sık izlenen bir hastalık değildir. Gözlendiğinde ise, atipik yerleşim göstermesi ve malign kitleleri taklit edebilmesi nedeniyle ayırıcı tanısı her zaman kolay olmayabilir. Castleman hastalığının çok nadir rastlanan parotis gland tutulumunun ultrason, MRG ve BT görüntüleme bulgularını sunmayı amaçladık.
