ABSTRACT
Local anaesthesia is being widely used in Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Any surgeon using this technique frequently must be competent in using it. A summary is prepared to refresh our knowledge.

ÖZET
Lokal anestezi, Kulak Burun Boğaz-Baş ve Boyun Cerrahisinde çok sık kullanılan bir tekniktir. Bu dalda çalışan ve bu tekniği sıklıkla ve yaygın olarak kullanan hakimlerin bu konuya her boyutuyla hakini olmaları gereklidir. Bu nedenle, konunun esasları çağdaş bilgiler ışığında özetlenmiştir.
