ABSTRACT
Formation of stones, namely “antrolith” in the paranasal sinuses is a very rare phenomenon. The diagnosis is usually made coincidentally during the radiological imaging or surgery of other sinonasal disorders. Antroliths are almost always located in the maxillary sinus. There are only 28 cases reported up to date. Up to date, there are no reports in the literature concerning the simultaneous occurrence of antroliths and nasal polyps. In this paper, two cases of antroliths with accompanying nasal polyps have been reported and the literature is reviewed.

ÖZET
Paranazal sinüslerde antrolit olarak adlandırılan tas olusumu nadir görülen bir patolojidir. Tanı genellikle radyolojik görüntüleme veya diğer sinonazal hastalıkların cerrahisi sırasında konulur. Antrolit büyük çoğunlukla maksiller sinüslerde görülür. Bugüne kadar 28 vaka olduğu görülmektedir. Literatürde bugüne kadar antrolit ile nazal polip varlığının olduğu herhangi bir vaka sunumuna rastlamadık. Bu yazıda antrolit ile nazal polip olusumunun birlikte görüldüğü iki vaka ilgili literatürlerin ısığında değerlendirilmistir.
