ABSTRACT
Currently available rijid nasal endoscopes are safefor intranasal manipulation of stuctures of the nasal cavity, including the region of the lacrimal sac. 30 patients with complete stenosis of the nasolacrimal duct were treated by endoscopically controlled endonasal dacryocystorhinoslomy. Revision surgery was done in 4 of these cases. 87% patients were symptom free. and 3% of these felt improved postoperatively. This procedure appears ta be a safe and effective, which shouldbe considered as alternative to be external dacryocystorhinostomy for the surgical treatment of the nasolacrymal duct obstruction.

ÖZET
Günümüzde rijid endoskopla lakrimal kese bölgesi de dahil olmak üzere nasal kavite yapılarına müdahale güvenli hale gelmiştir. Nazolakrimal kanalın tam tıkalı olduğu 30 olguya Endoskopik Endonazal Dakriyosistorinostomi yapılmıştır. 30 olgunun 4\'ü revizyon cerrahisidir. Postoperatif %87 olgu şikayetlerinden kurtulmuş, %3 olguda ise kısmi düzelme olmuştur. Bu yöntem etkili ve güvenli olarak görünmektedir ve nazolakrimal kanal tıkanıklığının cerrahi tedavisinde Eksternal Dakriyosistorinostomi \' ye alternatif olarak düşünülmelidir.
