The characteristics of T lymphocyte subgroups and save total IgE reasons of 30 patient who suffer from allergic rhinitis have compraised with control group\' characteristics and reason. The percent of patient\'s group T lymphocyte found less than control group and B lymphocyte of patient group found high then control group. Patient\'s group T4 cell percent increases regarding to control group (P>0.05) and T8 found low than control group (P<0.05). The rate of T4/T8 in patient\'s group was high than control group (P<0.05). Total IgE level in patients group going along high regarding to control group but we could not found correlation between this level and T4-T8 relation invitro evaluation of their therapy.

Allerjik Rinit\'li 30 hastanın T lenfosit subgrublarının özellikleri ve serum Total ig E sonuçları kontrol grubundakiler ile karşılaştırmalı olarak incelendi. Allerjik rinit\'li grubun T lenfosit % \'si kontrol grubuna göre düşük, B lenfosit % \'si ise yüksek bulundu. T4 hücre % \'si kontrol grubuna göre artmıştı (P>0.05). T8 ise düşüktü (P<0.05). T4/T8 oranı ise kontrol grubuna göre yüksek idi (P<0.05). Total Ig E seviyesi kontrol grubuna göre yüksek seyretti (P<0.05). Fakat bu seviye ile T4-T8 ilişkisi arasında korelasyon bulunamadı.
