ABSTRACT
Pretreatment and posttreatment exvivo values has evaluated in immunotherapy which done with Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and D. farinae antigens. Nasal eosinophilia showed meaningful decreasis (p<0.05). We did not find any difference between levels of serum IgE (p>0.05). We found increasis in serum spesific IgE levels (p<0.05). Serum total IgG, IgA, and IgM levels after immunotherapy found in normal borders.

ÖZET
Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus ve D.farinae antijenleri ile yapılan immünoterapide exvivo değerler tedavi öncesinde ve sonrasında değerlendirildi. Nazal eozinofilide anlamlı azalma bulundu (p <0.05). Serum total IgE değerinde fark görülmedi. (p>0.05). Serum spesifik IgE değerlerinde ise artış tespit edildi (p<0.05). Serum total IgG, IgA ve IgM değerleri ise immünoterapi sonrasında normal sınırlar içersinde kaldı.
