ABSTRACT
A high jugular bulb is often discovered as an incidental fînding that is asymptomatic. Conductive or mixed hearing loss in association with this anomaly may occur, but has been reported infrequently in the literature. We report two cases of high jugular bulb. One of these has a conductive hearing loss associated with pulsatile tinnitus and the other has mixed hearing loss with pulsatile tinnutus.

ÖZET
Yüksek jügüler bulbus sıklıkla semptomsuz olarak tesadüfi bir bulgu şeklinde karşımıza çıkar. Bu anomali ile birlikte literatürde nadir olarak bildirilmiş iletim tipi veya mikst tip işitme kaybı ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Yüksek jügüler bulbuslu iki olgu sunmaktayız. Bu olgulardan bir tanesinde pulzatil tinnitusa eşlik eden iletim tipi işitme kaybı, diğerinde ise mikst tip işitme kaybı mevcuttur.
