The incidence of non–Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) originating in extranodal sites ranges from 10 to 35%. NHL localized to the thyroid gland at the time of presentation is rare, accounting for less than 1% of patients with lymphoma. There are very few laryngeal lymphoma cases reported in the literature. We present a 41–year old man who had the history of thyroidectomy 13 months ago due to noduler goiter, thyroid NHL (Stage IE) was diagnosed after pathologic examination and he had six–courses of chemotherapy. He admitted to the hospital with a three–month history of dyspnea and dysphonia and a laryngeal mass was noticed in his larynx on laryngeal examination.

Non–hodgkin lenfoma (NHL) %10–35 arasında ekstra nodal alanlarda görülebilmektedir. Tiroid beze lokalize NHL %1’in altında, oldukça nadir olarak izlenmektedir. Literatürde az da olsa bildirilen laringeal NHL vakaları mevcuttur. 13 ay önce nodüler guatr nedeniyle geçirdiği operasyon sonrası patoloji sonucu lenfoma gelmesi üzerine tiroid bez yerlesimli NHL (Evre IE) tanısı ile 6 kür kemoterapi uygulanan ve 3 aydır olan ses kısıklığı sikayeti ile bize basvuran ve muayenesinde laringeal kitle saptanan 41 yasında erkek hasta sunulmaktadır.
