ABSTRACT
Meniere\'s disease, affecting a large population has always been a mystery within a paradox for the ENT surgeons. What is known for sure and what is probably true about this disease were presented and treatment with streptomycin perfusion of the inner ear were stressed.

ÖZET
Geniş bir hasta popülasyonunu etkileyen Meniere hastalığı, etyopatolojisi ve tedavisi tartışmalı bir içkulak patolojisidir. Bu hastalıkla ilgili bilinen objektif veriler derlenmiş ve tedavide özellikle kliniğimizde uygulamaya başladığımız iç kulağın streptomisin ile perfüzyonu üzerinde durulmuştur.
