ABSTRACT
Lymphoepithelial carcinomas of nasopharynx are widely distributed but rarely seen. We presented two cases with solitary plasmocytoma in the nasopharynx. In case one; a 23-year-old woman presented with a soft tissue plasmocytoma in her nasopharynx and right posterior nasal fossa. In case two; a 58-year-old man presented with an extramedullary solitary plasmocytoma in posterior wall of his nasopharynx. Complete systemic work-up excluded multiple myeloma, leukemia and lymphoma. The goal of this article is to review the relevant literature, and to discuss the clinical spectrum, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the solitary plasmocytoma of nasopharynx.

ÖZET
Nazofarinkste lenfoepitelyal kanserler genis bir yelpaze olusturur ancak seyrek görülür. Bu çalısmada, nazofarinkste yerlesmis soliter plazmasitomu olan iki olgu anlatılmıstır. 23 yasında bayan hastada nazofarinksi ve sol nazal pasaj posteriorunu tutan ve 58 yasında erkek hastada nazofarenks arka duvarında yerlesmis izole yumusak doku plazmasitomu bildirilmistir. Hastalarda sistemik tarama ile multiple myeloma, lösemi ve lemfoma ekarte edilmistir. Olgularda klinik seyir, tanı ve tedavi yaklasımı ve nazofarinksin soliter plazmasitomlarında prognoz, güncel literatür esliğinde anlatılmıstır.
