ABSTRACT
Neurilemmoma is a benign tumour that is the neuroectodermal origin. Although 30-40 % of these tumours occur in the region of the head and neck, two cases with neurilemmoma of auricle are reported in respect to our literature knowledge. Our paper are reported third auricle neurilemmoma of the auricle and literature interested in these tumour are reviewed.

ÖZET
Nörilemmoma nöroektodermal orijinli benign bir tümördür. Bu tümörlerin % 30 - 40\'ı baş-boyun bölgesinde görülmesine rağmen, bizim literatür bilgimize göre iki aural nörilemmoma olgusu rapor edilmiştir. Yazımızda üçüncü aural nörilemmoma olgusu sunuldu ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirildi.
