In Meniere Disease is a progressive inner ear disease. Vertigo attacks lasting from minutes to hours with a fluctuant sensorial hearing loss, fullness in the ear and tinnitus are the main symptoms. At the beginning, the hearing loss is in the low frequencies and later during the progression of the disease, it affects the higher frequencies. It affects men more than women. Speech discrimination is low and there is canal paresthesia in the caloric tests. Here, Meniere\'s Disease is presented with a special emphasis to etiology and new insight about the disease. A review of literature is also given.

Saatlerden dakikalara kadar sürebilen venigo atakları, fluktuan işitme kaybı, kulakta dolgunluk hissi, çınlama en önemli semptomlardır.
