Pleomorphic adenoma is the most commonly seen benign tumour of the major salivary glands. It may also develops in the minor salivary glands, most commonly in the oral cavity. Nasal cavity is the most common extraoral site from where the plomorphic adenoma originates. Unilateral nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, epistaxis and mass effect are the most common presenting symptoms in the pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal cavity. A pleomorphic adenoma which originates from nasal septum was diagnosed in a 67 years old male patient presented with a progressive nasal obstruction during last 6 months. Clinical charactheristics of the disease, treatment modality and the literature review were discussed in the present study.

Pleomorfik adenom majör tükrük bezlerinin en sık görülen benign tümörüdür. Bununla birlikte minör tükrük bezlerinde de görülebilmekte ve genellikle oral kavitede yerlesmektedir. Nazal kavite ise oral kavite dısındaki minör tükrük bezi pleomorfik adenomlarının en sık gelistiği bölgedir. Nazal kavite pleomorfik adenomları genellikle tek taraflı burun tıkanıklığı, epistaksis, burun akıntısı, ve kitle hacmine bağlı semptomlarla bulgu verirler. Altı aydır gittikçe artan burun tıkanıklığı sikayeti ile kliniğimize basvuran 67 yasındaki erkek hastada nazal septumdan köken alan pleomorfik adenom tespit edilmistir. Olgu, klinik özellikleri, tedavi sekli ve literatür bilgisi ile birlikte sunulmustur.
