ABSTRACT
In primary non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) of the paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity the choice of treatment is a subject of discussion. The evaluation of the residual mass after treatment is also important. Response to the treatment after chemoradiotherapy and the follow up of a 34 year-old male patient diagnosed as NHL of maxillary sinus is discussed.

ÖZET
Paranazl sinüsler ve nazal fossanın primer non-Hodgkin lenfomasıda tedavi seçenekleri ve tedavi sonrası rezidüel kitlenin ayırıcı tanısının nasıl yapılması gerektiği tartısmalıdır. Maksiller sinüs lokalizasyonlu 34 yasında erkek hastanın kombine radyokemoterapiye cevabı ve tedavi sonrası değerlendirilmesi literatür ısığında tartısıldı.
