ABSTRACT
Owing to its visibility and being one of the important aesthetic parts of the face, reconstruction of the auricle is important in
oncologic resection of the malignancy. To achieve success, different reconstructive techniques should be acknowledged depending on the anatomical location and size of the defect, and the most appropriate technique should be selected for each patient.
In this article, data from 9 patients who underwent ear reconstruction for auricular tumor are presented, and the various reconstructive techniques are discussed.

ÖZET
Aurikulanın görünür bir bölgede bulunması ve yüzün önemli estetik ünitelerinden biri olması nedeniyle, tümörün rezeksiyonu kadar olusan defektin rekonstrüksiyonu da önemlidir. Aurikula kanserlerinde iyi bir estetik sonuç elde edebilmek için defektin büyüklüğü ve lokalizasyonuna göre uygulanabilecek değisik rekonstrüksiyon çesitleri bilinmeli, hasta için en uygun olanı seçilmelidir. Yazıda kliniğimizde aurikula tümörü nedeniyle opere edilen 9 hastanın verileri sunulmus, rekonstrüksiyon teknikleri tartısılmıstır.
