ABSTRACT
Although schwannomas of the neck is not rarity, the schwannoma of n, accessorius is seen rarely. A patient who was operated in our clinic for a mass in the neck and has got a diagnosis of the schwannoma of n. accessorius, the literatures has been reviewed, the diagnosis and the therapy of this entity has been discussed.

ÖZET
Baş boyun schwannomlan nadir olmamakla birlikte boyunda n. accessorius schwannomuna nadiren rastlanmaktadır. Kliniğimizde boyunda kitle ön tanısı ile opere edilen ve n. accessorius sckwannomu tanısı alan vaka nedeni ile konu ile ilgili literatür incelenmiş, hastalığını tam ve tedavisi tartışılmıştır.
