ABSTRACT
Auditory brainstem response in 26 patients were recorded, before, during and after the surgical operation which was performed under the general anesthesia. Statistically, it is found that leh longation of the wave and interpeak !atencies was important. Postoperative wave and interpeak latencies show no change.

ÖZET
Bu çalışmada. Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi\'nde çeşitli nedenlerle genel anestezi altında opere edilen 26 hastaya preoperatif, peroperatif ve postoperatif ABR yapıldı ve genel anestezinin ABR üzerine etkileri incelendi. Peroperatif l, III, V dalga latansları ile IIl-V, I-V, I-llI interpik latanslarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı uzamalar kaydedilmiştir. Postoperatif dalga ve interpik latanslarda ise, preop. latanslara göre istatistiksel olarak fark saptanmamıştır.
