ABSTRACT
Fibrous dysplasia is a benign, slowly progressive, fibro-osseous disease with unknown etiology. In this paper, a case with massive fibrous dysplasia which
invades right maxilla and leads to compression of infraorbital nerve and creates aesthetic deformity was presented. The lesion was resected entirely with
midfacial degloving procedure and defect was repaired with titanium mesh, plaque and screws.

ÖZET
Fibröz displazi, nedeni bilinmeyen, iyi huylu, yavaş progresyon gösteren bir fibro-osseöz hastalıktır. Yazıda, sağ maksillayı geniş şekilde tutmuş, infraorbital
sinire bası yapan ve estetik deformiteye yol açan fibröz displazi vakası sunulmaktadır. Hastaya kliniğimizde midfasial degloving yaklaşımı ile kitlenin
total rezeksiyonu yapıldı ve oluşan defekt titanyum mesh, plak ve vidalar ile rekonstrükte edildi.
