ABSTRACT
The coronal flap has become a pre/erred approach in skull base surgery. It can be carried out for craniofacial trauma, tumor resection, congenital anomaly and facial plastic surgery. Our experience from 30 patient is reviewed in terms of indications for and benefits of coronal approach with a detailed description of the technique.

ÖZET
Kafa kaidesi cerrahisinde koronal insizyonun kullanımı giderek artmaktadır. Travma, tümör rezeksiyonu, konjenital anomali rekonstrüksiyonunda ve yüz plastik cerrahisinde uygulanmaktadır. Koronal flep uyguladığımız 30 hasta bu yazıda sunulmuş olup, flebin endikasyonları, kompikasyonları ve tekniği tartışılmıştır.
