ABSTRACT
Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) otorhea is caused by many factors, mostly by trauma. In this case dural defect and history of CSF leak in patient who has recurrent menengitis epizodes after 4 years from temporal bone trauma was detected. Dural defect was repaired by using autolog greft materials.

ÖZET
Beyin-omurilik sıvısı (BOS) otoresi başta travma olmak üzere çeşitli nedenlerle ortaya çıkan bir durumdur. Vakamız temporal kemik travmasından 4 yıl sonra başlayan, rekürren menenjit atakları öyküsü ile geldi. Hastada yapılan tetkikler sonucunda mastoid tegmende geniş dural defekt ve buradan BOS kaçağı
saptandı. Dural defekt transmastoid yolla otolog materyaller kullanılarak onarıldı.
