Recently, temporoparietal fascia flap fıas been widely used for facial and auricular reconstruction and also as a free flap for the management of thin soft tissue defects. It is versatile flap that can be used as an island flap,fascial flap or a prefabricated flap. Its vascularity, flexibility and durability make this flap a good choice for facial reconstruction. Calvarial bone or hairy soft tissue may be harvested in conjunction with this flap as a composite flap. ın our clinic, we have used temporoparietal fascial flap for four cases; three for frontal sinus and one for brow reconstruction, all of which were compsite flaps. The early and late- results were satisfactory with low donor site morbidity.

Temporoparietal fasya flebi son yıllarda kulak ve yüz rekonstrüksiyonunda ve ince doku defektlerinin onarımında serbest bir flep olarak sıkça kullanılmaktadır. Ada flebi, fasya flebi ya da prefabrike flep olarak kullanılabilecek çok yönlü bir fleptir. Oldukça yoğun vaskülaritesi, rahatça şekillenmesi ve sağlamlığı bu flebin yüz rekonstrüksiyonunda iyi bir seçenek olmasını sağlamaktadır. Kalvariumun dış tabulası ve saçlı deri ile kaldırılarak kompozit flep haline getirmek mümkündür. Kliniğimizde uyguladığımız 4 remporoparietal fasya flebinin üçü kalvariumun dış tabulası, biri de saçlı deri ile kompozit halde kullanıldı. Temporoparietal kompozit fasya flebini, kaş ve früntal sinüs ön duvar defektini rekonstrükte etme amacıyla kullandık; düşük donar saha morbiditesi ile erken ve geç dönemde tatmin edici sonuçlar aldık.
